We are improving the health and wellbeing of people grappling with infertility.

About Us

“Much like the elephant in the room, infertility sits in that uncomfortable place of “I’d rather not talk about it”, “it’s complicated”, be it in conversations, discussions, cultural nuances and more. This is to the detriment of those suffering from it, while ironically there exists a lot to address it.”

Infertility is recognized as a global public health issue by the World Health Organization. It has broad psycho-social impacts on the lives of those suffering from it, particularly women, who frequently experience domestic violence, divorce, social stigma, emotional stress, depression, high-risk sexual behaviours, anxiety, and low self-esteem.

Unfortunately, infertility care does not command a high level of priority within the health care infrastructure right now. Cognizant of the substantial number of people suffering from infertility, the challenges they face and broad psycho-social impacts, it is essential that even through small feats and strides, livelihoods, mental health can be improved upon and infertility stigma curbed.

The Rainbow Hearts Foundation’s vision, ideology and objectives are embodied in simplifying the bridging existing gaps. ESE (pronounced “easy”), Educate, Support, Enable
