Rainbow Hearts Foundation was born out of lived experience. After walking a personal fertility journey and encountering silence, stigma, and emotional strain, we recognized that many others were facing the same struggles alone.

Infertility is a significant yet often misunderstood public health issue in Uganda. Beyond medical treatment, it carries deep psychological, social, and financial impacts.
