Rainbow Hearts Foundation (RHF) is a philanthropic initiative that aims at improving the health and wellbeing of people grappling with infertility. It is born from the personal struggles of the founder trying to have a child. However, her story is far from unique. It is a story shared by many, most of whom never dreamt that having a baby would be so difficult. The emotional and physical despair brought on by infertility, together with the high costs of assisted reproduction makes a solution to infertility out of reach and prevents many from becoming parents. Patients who undergo fertility treatment are at significant risk of experiencing mental disorders and it is important to recognize, acknowledge, and assist these patients as they cope with their infertility diagnosis and treatment.
